Ambrogio

Info

A dynamic and playful approach to the domestic greeting. Ambrogio is an entryway catchall that playfully mimics a butler holding out a tray. Through a clever balancing mechanism on its rod, the object reacts to the user, springing into a small "dance" as soon as keys are placed upon it. Created to explore the welcoming side of hospitality, the concept was presented and awarded during a ceremony at the ADI Design Museum.
